Dr. Midtbø is senior researcher at The centre for research on heart disease in women at the University of Bergen (https://www.uib.no/en/femaleheart) and MD at the Department of Heart Disease, Haukeland University Hospital, Norway. Her research focuses on heart disease in patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases, obesity and cardiac disease in women.
Dr Helga Midtbø is on the Editorial Board of European Cardiology Review.
